No. It leases unfurnished, so bring your own things. The appliances stay: gas range, microwave, dishwasher, disposal and refrigerator.
How long is the lease?
Twelve months.

No pets. Assistance animals are not pets and are always welcome.
Who pays utilities?
The tenant pays all utilities. The $125 monthly community fee is optional; it covers lawn care and access to the pool and tennis courts.
What do I need to qualify?
Verified household income of at least $6,125 a month, 2.5 times the rent. The owner looks for a credit score of 640 or higher for the primary applicant. With a score under 640, a higher security deposit may be required. A background check is run on every adult 18 and over. The owner accepts housing choice vouchers. Every adult applies and pays the $49.99 application fee.
How do showings work?
Tours are self-guided. Request a tour with the form; it asks for a photo of your ID because you will be walking the house on your own. Once I approve the request you get a confirmation with your appointment time and how you will get in.
